Spin: Nate Schmidt finished an odd-man rush for Florida midway through the first period to open the scoring, but Buffalo scored the next four goals in support of its 22-year-old goalie, and Levi cruised from there. He's looked good in his first two starts of 2024-25, posting a .919 save percentage on 62 shots, but Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen is still expected to see the majority of the action in the crease for the Sabres this season.
