Spin: Bean has a helper in each of his first two games as a Flame. He's added three blocked shots, two shots on goal and a plus-1 rating while filling a third-pairing role. Bean doesn't have a path to consistent power-play time, so he's unlikely to sustain his recent success on offense. He's still doing enough to keep his place in the lineup, though he was tagged for five giveaways Saturday, which could be a problem if he can't get it under control.
